My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, though not quite as luxurious as other hotels I've stayed at. The service was mixed, with some staff being friendly and helpful while others seemed unbothered. The location was very convenient, especially for airport access, and the dining options were decent, with a good variety of hot breakfast items. However, the facilities could use some improvement, particularly in the dining area.
